Oh
you can trust the heart of your Father!
Does God’s path for you seem hard
and lonely?
Never fear, He is with you all
the way
His grace will supply your need

As you seek His kingdom first and

Showing us mercy is His good
pleasure
He will ne’er test us above our

The clay’s safe in the hands of

Can our lot, howe’er drear,
escape His eye?
Is His hand shortened that He
cannot save?
The very life of His own son He

We have power in prayer with Him
on high!
“In the world ye shall have
tribulation
But be of good cheer, I have
overcome”
And it’s not us, but Christ, the
work is done
Freely all may partake of
salvation!
Persecution, famine, peril, and
sword
Cannot sever us from our Savior’s
love
In Him we’re seated in heaven
above!
He is our Brother, Friend, High
Priest, and Lord.
