God is Faithful

 

God is Faithful

God is faithful, He will never once fail

Keep your eyes on Him. Life will seem unfair

He will reward those who serve and seek Him,

He will help you; cast on Him all your care.

Those all around you may seem to prosper

Their wealth, friends, and frolic are surface deep:

“He’s no fool who gains what he cannot lose,

When he’s given what he cannot keep.”

The pathway to heaven will be lonely

Foll’wing Christ will not win favor or friend.

But we have this promise from God Himself,

“I won’t leave or forsake you to the end.”
